Fee Update: Effective 1 December 2025
To our valued patients,
Starting 1 December 2025, we will be making a small annual adjustment to our consultation fees. This helps us continue delivering healthcare while managing rising costs in staffing, medical supplies and operations.
What you need to know:
- Fee increases are modest and designed to maintain services
- Our fees remain below average compared to nearby practices.
Improving Access to Care
We acknowledge that appointment wait times have been longer than ideal, and we are actively working to improve this. Due to challenges recruiting GPs to Waiuku, we’re introducing new ways to expand access, including:
- Onsite consultations with offsite clinicians using enhanced technology.
- GP Telephone Triage to streamline same-day appointment requests.
We appreciate your understanding and support.
New fees for face to face and virtual appointments with a GP or Nurse Practitioner will be:

We aim to keep fees to a minimum while offering fair pay to staff and ensuring our services are sustainable.
If you have difficulty paying for your appointment, please let us know. One option is to set up a small regular automatic payment to spread the cost.
